National Science Teachers Congress- India International Science Festival (IISF 2019)

Vigyan Prasar was part of India International Science Festival (IISF) 2019 organised by Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Vijnana Bharati. One of the unique events of the festival was “National Science Teachers Congress” (NSTC) which was organised on 7th & 8th November, 2019 at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata. Vigyan Prasar was given the responsibility of coordinating NSTC. NSTC brought hundreds of innovative, dedicated, passionate and award winning teachers on a single platform to share their experiences and put forth the future road map for the country. A total of about 400 teachers including VIPNEt club members, practitioners, policy makers were gathered in this programme.
