Vision

To encourage, motivate and equip every citizen of the country with the applications of Science and its interface with society. VIPNET provides an opportunity to the Science clubs working in any part of the country without any discrimination based on caste, creed, ideology, religion or language to partner an exciting national movement and overcome several physical and notional barriers of being an isolated unit.

Objectives

1. Work as local activity centers of Club with Vigyan Prasar.
2. Disseminate information on science & technology (S&T).
3. Reach out to fellow citizens especially in remote areas to popularize science.
4. Stimulate spirit of curiosity, inquiry, innovation and creativity to supplement conventional education and foster scientific temper &
5. Make science an enjoyable and interesting pursuit.
